do you accept walk ins?
We encourage an appointment for the best experience (especially on weekends!). With that said, we do accept walk-ins if we can accommodate.
How long is an appointment?
Bridal appointments run about 2 hours long.
how many people should I bring to my appointment?
We recommend keeping your party to 1-2 of your loved ones. Our shop is an intimate space, so if you plan to bring more than 4 people please let us know beforehand so we can accommodate you and provide you the best shopping experience.
What sizes do you offer?
In our shop, we offer sample sizes from size 6 - 28. However, we can special order dresses in sizes 0 - 30.
What is your price range?
Our bridal gowns start at $1,200 and range to around $4,000. (It can vary depending on what you're looking to get!)
Do you sell accessories?
Yes! We pride ourselves on helping complete a bride's wedding look, from head to toe. We sell headpieces, jewelry, veils, belts / sashes, and shoes!
Should I bring anything to the appointment?
You're not required to bring anything to your bridal appointment. As it is a full service bridal salon, our stylists will be helping you change in and out of the gowns so we recommend wearing under garments that you feel comfortable in. We're happy to accommodate special arrangements for the dressing room! We do request that you let us know prior to your appointment.
Do you have parking?
Yes! We have a small back parking lot behind our building. There's also street parking in front of and near our shop.
Saying "Yes" to your dress
appreciate the simple route
There's a misconception among brides that they need to see everything before saying "Yes!" to their dream dress (even if they truly love a dress!) We've found that brides who keep the decision simple are the ones who truly have the most positive experience. Over-shopping can be exhausting, complicated, and emotional, so we suggest not to book back-to-back appointments. If you have a great supportive bride squad, sometimes it's that simple. But hey, that's just our experience ;)
Saying "yes" early is good!
Know that it is never too early to say yes to the dress. Dresses are made to order and may need time for customizations. Plus, saying yes early means you can focus on other parts of the planning process!
custom gowns + alterations
Do you offer custom bridal gowns?
We pride ourselves on fully custom gowns! You can special order any of our dresses to fit. We also have an in-house seamstress you can work with to truly customize your gown.
How long does it take to special order a bridal gown?
Special ordering a gown is dependent on your needs as a customer and it can range up to 4 - 7 months. However, if your wedding date is soon, we’re always able to check to see what can be done to accommodate your needs, just reach out!
When should I book my first alterations appointment?
You should book your first alterations appointment as soon as your dress arrives! It's best to start the process sooner rather than later.
Are alterations included in the price of the gown?
Alterations are not included in the price of the gown because everyone will need special details to make their gown perfect for them. We do have an in-house seamstress you can work with to alter your gown. However you're not required to use our seamstress (we just recommend it as it'll provide you a more seamless experience (no pun intended!).
